How fast can I get a dumpster? Most of our dumpster rentals can be delivered within 1-2 business days of ordering. However, this can vary based on the availability of certain sizes, as well as the time at which the order is placed. Typically, orders placed prior to the afternoon will be able to get placed on the following day’s delivery schedule. And orders placed thereafter will most likely be serviced within two business days. This is because our daily delivery schedule is set up based on the previous day’s orders. If you need a dumpster by a particular time or day, call ahead at least two days in advance. That way we can secure your dumpster ahead of time and ensure that it gets to you by the date you need it.
Does it matter where I keep my dumpster? Yes it does, more or less. Our dumpsters can only be placed on solid ground, such as asphalt or concrete pavement. This is because the waste containers themselves, with the addition of several tons of debris, weigh the bin down considerably. If we were to leave the dumpster on a lawn or dirt surface, the container would almost certainly sink into the ground. And by the time our driver returns to pick it up they’d have to spend an extended period of time digging it out. So for that reason, we restrict all drop-offs to driveways, parking lots, streets, and other approved areas.
What can I toss into my bin? Our dumpster rental service can haul a wide assortment of debris including household waste, construction debris, and yard materials. Household waste generally consists of old clothing, toys, small pieces of furniture, and other general refuse. Construction debris is inert materials commonly used in building construction such as drywall, wood, and metal. These materials must be disposed of in separate containers from household or yard waste since they are taken to a separate landfill. The same also applies for yard waste, which can either be sent to a separate landfill or taken to a composting facility.
